Traime Privacy Policy

Traime is an iOS app that creates study quizzes from PDF documents. It is designed to work entirely on your device: we do not collect, send, or share any personal data.
Data the app uses
- The PDFs you choose. The app extracts their text and saves a copy of it in the app's private storage on your device, so you can use it again without importing it again.
- Your study progress. The questions you got wrong, your latest score, your daily study streak, and your percentage of correct answers are also stored on your device.
- Your preferences. For example, the difficulty and the number of questions per quiz.
How questions are generated
Questions and explanations are generated with the Apple Intelligence language model that runs on the device itself (Foundation Models). The text of your documents never leaves your device and is not sent to any server, ours or anyone else's.
What we don't do
- We have no servers and no user accounts.
- We don't use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools.
- We don't sell or share data with anyone.
Backups
The app's data may be included in the iCloud or computer backups you have enabled on your device. Those backups are managed by Apple under its own privacy policy and the settings you have chosen.
How to delete your data
You can delete a document in the app by swiping left on it in the list. Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device.
Children
The app does not collect data from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date above.
